I went here to get my gel polish on 3 toes removed (the rest had already fallen off naturally). Obviously I'm not a huge nail girl. Anyways I expected them to only use the nail grinder and only touch up the specific 3 toes I requested since I wasn't getting any additional services. But the woman who helped me was very thorough and ground down trimmed filed soaked and applied oil to all of my nails. And then insisted that I didnt need to pay anything! I thanked and tipped her. I really appreciate her attentiveness especially with her not expecting payment. It's rare to find that kind of service now.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and always have such a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and professional, and I always leave happy with my nails. I travel a lot, so every now and then I have to get them done somewhere else, but I genuinely always look forward to coming back to Jack and his team.

Jack is funny, easygoing, and just makes the whole experience so relaxing. He always goes out of his way to make sure I’m comfortable, he even keeps a stylus on hand for me so I can use my Kindle while my nails are wrapped 😂 It’s such a small thing, but really sums up the level of care here.
