I had a phenomenal experience at Sugarcoat Nails in Vinings and was so impressed by their customer service.
There was a mix-up with my appointment. I thought I had booked my manicure and pedicure together, but they ended up being scheduled one after the other. Since I had to be at my mother's house by a certain time to help care for her, I assumed I'd only have time for my manicure.
The woman at the front desk could tell I was disappointed and sincerely apologized. Then she did something I never expected—she called another Sugarcoat location and arranged for one of their technicians to come over so I could still get my pedicure before I had to leave!
I love coming to Vinings Jubilee's Sugarcoat Factory. It is a very professional, kind, and clean place. Julie and Sue are the ultimate duo for me. They are so skilled and just genuine people. The quality of the work is top notch and I always enjoy my time here. I would highly recommend.
