The builder of my home used this company to put in floors and complete warranty requests. There were several warranty requests that were filed within the warranty period & the flooring company doesn't want to honor their workmanship.

They placed flooring on top of loose framework during the build. They came out twice to repair after the close and never completed repairs correctly. Flooring should not be coming up after one month in a home.

Additionally, some places were found not to have padding when the floors were pulled up.

They did a terrible job on hardwood and carpet and refuse to correct it.

I've tried giving this company a call for several months regarding my flooring installation that they did and all of their calls are forwarded straight to voicemail with no actual call backs...

The most garbage people I have ever seen in my life. It's impossible to reach them, they did my house few years ago and now even they don't tell me the information about the hardwood which they used! Very rude people and cheap service. Don't mess with them.
