I had an excellent experience with Fix&Flow Plumbing. They were incredibly responsive and communicative from the start, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We had an emergency leak over the weekend from an old polybutylene pipe, and after another plumber was unable to locate the source, we called Fix&Flow.
Bryan arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was able to locate the leak underneath the slab, trace the problem accurately, and come up with a smart solution. Instead of ripping up our floors and drilling through concrete, he installed isolation valves and sleeved new pipes through the existing polybutylene lines.
Michael Lamb did an outstanding job helping us track down a difficult water leak. He was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. What really set him apart was his dedication—he coordinated with all three homeowners involved to properly investigate each unit and pinpoint the source of the issue.
After several other companies failed to find the problem, Michael was the only one who successfully identified it in a couple of hours. He also provided a clear, detailed report outlining his findings and the next steps for repair, which was incredibly helpful.
