From the time I walked in to the time I left, the customer service was impeccable! I took my mom for mother's day and we both walked out with our skin glowing. Decided to go for the membership too since we both enjoyed it so much ☺. Can't wait to come back for my next custom facial!

Aaron was wonderful! Left me with glowing skin. Don’t be worried if you’re a little red after extractions; my redness faded within a few hours and was gone by the next day. I am rebooked for next month!!

I had two appointments booked to celebrate my friend’s birthday, when I arrived they stated they just tried to call me to inform me that my appointment was canceled due to my esthetician being sick. When I checked I had received a missed call from them 10mins before my appointment. The last minute cancelation obviously made it awkward for my friend because we were supposed to be celebrating her birthday together and also caused a delay in her treatment, thus causing her to not receive the full 50min facial. They did not provide any compensation for the inconvenience to my friend’s facial and I was given the option to rebook. Only after push back on my part did they add a partial credit to my account. I felt as though this studio was unorganized and doesn’t meet the standards for the luxury facial brand, I wouldn’t book here again.

My daughter treated me to a facial with Ashley for my birthday. From the warm greeting at the door by the kind young lady(I'm sorry I can't remember her name) who made sure we were parked in a safe place and got water for us to the actual facial by Ashley, everything was great. Ashley was very thorough and explained everything. She shared great advice and I would definitely recommend her at Faced in Buckhead. My only regret is that I don't live closer!
