Came out same day after hours to take a look at our unit and make a diagnosis despite his full week. Fair pricing for total unit replacement on our old unit. If we had decided to move forward, he offered to replace within the same 48 hours just to make us as comfortable as possible.
I contacted Express Heating and Air at a friend’s recommendation when my mini split unit gave out, and I’m glad I did! They were able to give me an initial ballpark quote via text within the hour after I sent them some pictures and then came by same day to lay eyes on the project and firm up a plan together. Installation was prompt and well done.

I was getting bids to replace the 20 year old 5 ton unit at my house. I called all the usual suspects: the contractors pushed by the big box retailers and the contractors who advertise heavily on TV and radio. I was getting outlandish bids and wasting alot of time. I finally found Eddy at Express Heating and Air on Nexdoor. His bid was 45% lower and he saved me $6,000. He also came back and installed a ultraviolet light and ionizer for free! Also, my cat loved him and this cat doesn't like anyone! I highly recommend this company.
