I had a couch delivered but the delivery company responsible for it had left it at the bottom of my front steps. I called Estate Property Movers around 5pm that same day and they were so quick to respond and assign me some movers to help with my furniture. They took less than 30 minutes for several large, heavy boxes up a flight of stairs even when it was cold and dark outside. I had called 4 other moving companies beforehand and none of them were able to handle my request until the next day, so it was a relief that the administration was extremely responsive and understanding of my situation. I used this company for our move on September 15th. Jason and his partner (blanking on his name) did an amazing job! They were very responsive, personable, and professional. Treated my stuff like their own! I have a bunch of furniture with glass tops that was moved without incident. They wrapped EVERYTHING to ensure no damage. They also did not take breaks and attempt to run up the time clock which I have experienced in the past when paying by the hour.
