Great customer service. They were very compassionate and understanding to my situation. They sent me an aide who is wonderful and she takes great care of my dad. I wound definitely recommend Entouch to ANYONE who is looking for quality in-home care.
enTouch Home Care Services has changed my family’s life in so many ways. The Directors, Tikeah and Yaslyn, were quickly able to find a very sweet caregiver for our mom, who needed around the clock care. Our mom is in a much more happy place and this was all that we could ask for. Our mom, AND us, are overly satisfied with the customer service at enTouch Home Care Services. It truly feels like they take care of us like we’re their own family.
