Although I'm a tenant rather than the original homeowner, I wanted to recognize the exceptional warranty service I recently received from Empire Homes.
From start to finish, the communication and coordination were outstanding. Katy Bryant was incredibly responsive, organized, and proactive in scheduling the repairs and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.

I recently had a warranty service experience with Empire Warranty and I have to say, the customer service alone made the whole process worthwhile. From the moment I reached out, the staff was incredibly responsive — I didn't have to wait long at all to hear back, which I truly appreciated.
I'll be honest — I was concerned not all of my issues would be addressed after the first year, but the team quickly put those worries to rest and made sure everything was taken care of.
Overall, a smooth and stress-free process thanks to a team that clearly takes customer service seriously. Would recommend!
