I brought my work pants to Ellen’s Dry Cleaners to have them cleaned and they were the perfect fit, they were nice and long and honestly my favorite pair because it’s hard to find pants that fit long on me. When I received them back, they had shrunk almost 5 inches in length. I could not believe how small these pants had shrunk under their care. After months of back and forth communication the representative at the front let me know the manager would not be taking responsibility for my pants shrinking even though they shrunk It. I feel like I should have atleast gotten a refund for paying for the service that shrunk my pants. Do not come here they do not care about their customers.

First, let me say the two women who work here are absolutely amazing! They are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in making sure you leave happy. At 6’1”, I’ve always struggled to find clothing that’s long enough. Well, not anymore! They’ve altered several pieces for me, adding length so seamlessly that you would never even know the outfits were altered. They’ve also added custom details that make my outfits truly one of a kind. I get compliments every time I wear them! They have definitely gained a lifelong customer, and I’m so glad I found this place!

I had high hopes here as they seem like nice people. However, I had a dress altered an in sadly disappointed with the results. The sleeve hems are uneven and the pieces sewn together crooked, the length of the dress was so long even after hemming (they did the measuring) I was still tripping on it, and the front was noticeably longer than the back. The slit I had closed up had pieces of thread sticking out, looking sloppy. I had to take it elsewhere to pay again to have it re-hemmed. I didn’t even notice the uneven and crooked sleeve sewing until after I got it back the second time or I would have had that fixed too. For $70, I’d expect way better quality. I’ve paid more than the dress is worth at this point. I will not be returning.

Brought in a brand new dress to have a simple snap closure added. Received a damaged dress with a poorly applied snap (stitched through the top layer of fabric) and noticeable snag in the front.

Who ever answers the phone has a nasty attitude I called asked do they have specials by the pieces Before I could get pieces out my Mouth she says Rude and Nasty wise No No No We Don’t then kept saying it… ok lady THERE IS A THOUSAND AND 1 cleaners in this area that would love MY MONEY AMD ALSO WOULD LIVE TO SEE ME COMING! Gave yall 1 star cause of that nasty attitude non customer service lady

I am always happy with the professionalism of their service. Excellent with alterations, etc. I use them for all my alterations and cleaning needs. The also do shoe repair.

I went in to have a satin dress taken out just a few days before an important wedding event. They had done it in less than 24 hours. The hem at bottom of the dress was done great and now the dress also fits great around my body. Thank you so much and ya did a wonderful job in the short time given. A+ in my book and will be definitely returning

The alterations were completed poorly. They also over charge for alterations. I would recommend going to another place.

Ellens Cleaners is a very good establishment. They are solid, great and professional alterations and cleaning- customer service is awesome, friendly, attentive and direct.I have had a wonderful experience with this cleaners and will be a patron moving forward.
