Cortex is in a small storefront at the far end of Virginia Ave. Comfortable place, nice folks, and great stylists. I've been going to Rachel for years and he does a great job on my hair.
I would highly recommend Cortex. Olivia always does a great job and matches exactly what I’m going for. My photographer complimented my haircut, saying it looked effortlessly cool lol! I also always get so many compliments on my color.
Requested style: Olivia took some of the bulk out of my think hair and gave shape to my haircut that is attractive and easily managed
