Office manager Brittney L. Is going to turn this practice around in the right way! Wow! Thank you so much for your ABUNDANCE of knowledge and patience while explaining a bill that was 3 years old. She was so patient, I mean she printed everything out for me and highlighted pertinent information. I don’t know anything about insurance but I know if I ever have a question I’m going to call to see if she can assist me. Her level of professionalism was top-tier, I could tell that she was extremely passionate about her job. I had a wonderful experience.
Alysa and Dr Carlson were absolutely Aahhhhhhmazing love the atmosphere here. The staff is always so pleasant and knowledgeable making sure they keep you in the loop on what processes are being implemented and making sure you have a voice.
