Kenzie is amazing, sometimes it seems too difficult but I always get so much out of her classes. She is precise & lets you know how to move your body properly. Also, she let’s us know where you should be feeling the move/stretch as to avoid injury.

Kenzie is the best instructor! She interested to know her clients and knows what’s best for their development. No matter what level of strength, stability, fitness etc. - Kenzie knows how to push you to your best self and keep you safe in the process. If you show interest to be challenged to the max she’ll get you there. If you want something between 0-100 she’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

I take classes with Kenzie at least two times a week and she is amazing. I love her workouts because they are challenging but she motivates me to keep doing it. After my workouts I am exhausted but I feel great and I have a great sense that I have accomplished something great for me.
