Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Rehabilitation - Medical Office Building at Scottish Rite Hospital

I’m not sure who the scheduler is for the seating clinic but whomever I spoke to today about my sons orders from his Doctor to be scheduled for an appointment was extremely RUDE!!! We as special needs parents have ENOUGH to deal with!

It has been months, and nobody asked me to do this, but I would like to thank Michelle Sadow for her exceptional service when I came in with my son. Even though we ended up needing the device, Michelle made me feel so seen. My son also had a BM and she was so gracious, giving us everything we needed to make us comfortable. There was also an African-American lady at the reception. I think she had on glasses and short braids or something. I cannot remember. She seemed a bit older (very beautiful and sweet). I would like to thank her as well.

We previously used the general surgery office and had a good experience. We needed their services again and just had a terrible experience with the office staff and doctor. We had an appointment time provided by centralized scheduling and there was a mixup in the system and we didn't get the new time. We show up and they will not see us and everything was our fault according to the staff. The doctor refused to see us given her patient load for the day. We won't even use this practice again. Children's used to be premier in taking care of kids and having excellent customer service but are moving to a monopoly structure which is losing the focus in their mission of taking care of kids and providing good service to those of us who pay our bills.

I have been calling for weeks trying to schedule my sons appointments before someone decided to call me back. The call lasted 6minutes and 40 seconds. I assure you I was on hold for 6 minutes and the 40 seconds was her telling me to hold on and her telling me she would call me back. I never received a call back and have been calling them for a week only to get the machine saying to leave a voicemail. I also received a email asking if I still wanted my son to receive services but I have been calling and leaving voicemails with no one calling me back. This is beyond ridiculous.

Great Hospital and Clinic. My son went there for many years. The doctors are great!! I would highly recommend it to anyone with children!!

The worst. Never answer the phone nor return any phone calls when you leave messages. I’ve had it with them.

Great customer service. I like the health workers her. They are great group of people. God bless you all.

My son as a Pilonidal cyst so the doctor decided to open it up clean it out let drain and said it would heal in time however we were never told he should be off his feet for while because the cyst is between the upper butt cheeks/lower tail bone area,so after months of cleaning and it draining and multiple visits back to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta it's still not better it's been over 7 months so I decided to get second opinion and the second doctor at a different hospital group saw the cyst said how come they did not remove the cyst and do at least a week of bed rest so the butt cheeks don't move to re open or aggravate it, my reply was the dear in the head light look because I assumed the doctor that did his procedure knew what she was doing,well we are here again another visit with children's healthcare of Atlanta and not to mention the hour and half drive plus the thousands of dollars I had to pay as my co pay through insurance so I will keep the public updated after this visit oh and when we arrived this morning I was asked by the medical assistant if we have ever been here before!!
