Dr. Patorgis is an outstanding professional in his field. I had a good patient experience, especially since he gives detailed explanations, encourages questions and is a great listener.
Dr. Patorgis is a very experienced, kind practitioner. His bedside manner is calm, thoughtful, patient, respectful and a little bit humorous. Dr. Patorgis took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. Before seeing Dr. Patorgis, I was treated by Nichole. Her was kind and incredibly gentle and patient. I’m jumpy and don’t love eye examines but she made me feel at ease. This is a wonderful practice and I highly recommend to anyone considering visiting.
My only complaint is that I waited an hour to see the doctor. I believe the staff could have been more communicative about what was going on. It would have allowed me to decide whether I needed to reschedule.
