I am very disappointed in the job CertaPro did for me. Proper prep work was not done. Chalking was a mess. CertaPro works with independant contractors. The job was not well supervised. She blamed the contractors when things were not done well.
There is a two year warranty. the job was finished about a month ago, the paint is already lifting in a few places.
