Professional and friendly. They respond quickly and never make me feel as though I am asking for help w/ IT concerns that I should know the answers to, or how to fix on my own. Would recommend to anyone for outstanding support and professional staff.My 'GO TO' IT company 100% - hands down.
It takes me a few moments to realize that the reason I am having trouble installing a standard piece of software like this year's version of TurboTax is because of the restrictions on my computer but, once I figure it out and make a request you remove the restrictions and everything goes smoothly.
