This woman has caused me so many headaches. Not only was she horrible at following up with me, it is now 2024 and I am still going back and forth with the IRS about these 2019 tax returns that were not done properly. I have spent about 40 hours on this, and dealing with the IRS is horrible because the calls get disconnected after about 30 or 40 minutes, and then you have to call back and start all over again.

She is an excellent CPA who genuinely enjoys helping others with their taxes. I was so appreciative when she finished my taxes quickly and accurately, furthermore when she mailed me an envelope with my taxes they were in a neat organized folder which makes seeing all the information so clear and concise thanks a million Carol
