This place is so wonderful, our whole family goes here! It started off with my sister-in-law, who has to be extra careful with who she goes to for her back, as her spine has been through multiple surgeries. Then, my husband pulled out his back during a workout so he started going. And then, because I have neck pain mostly due to poor posture (and a former car accident), I started going too! My daughter has been attending this clinic for years. The front staff is always so kind and the doctor is always understanding. I really appreciate Shonda for being so patient with my daughter’s care even though she is new - you can tell she really enjoys her role at the clinic.

BSS has an amazing staff. They naturally interact with patients and seem to genuinely enjoy working there and helping people. The entire staff? That’s hard to find. And shoutout to my girl Bridget at the front desk. She always has a smile and a warm presence even during all my silly requests. It’s good to see good people in the healthcare industry. Can’t forget Dr. W and Dr. H they truly care to your different needs at every appointment. Sucks to have been in the accident but I’m glad I’m in the best hands. Kudos to leadership in finding the best people to represent them!
