My daughter has been attending this clinic for years. The front staff is always so kind and the doctor is always understanding. I really appreciate Shonda for being so patient with my daughter’s care even though she is new - you can tell she really enjoys her role at the clinic.

BSS has an amazing staff. They naturally interact with patients and seem to genuinely enjoy working there and helping people. The entire staff? That’s hard to find. And shoutout to my girl Bridget at the front desk. She always has a smile and a warm presence even during all my silly requests. It’s good to see good people in the healthcare industry. Can’t forget Dr. W and Dr. H they truly care to your different needs at every appointment. Sucks to have been in the accident but I’m glad I’m in the best hands. Kudos to leadership in finding the best people to represent them!

I've been coming here for nearly a month now 2x a week. The staff are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I'm currently under the care of Dr. Sturgis for PT from a ladder fall. I appreciate her care and knowledge. I do have a DISCLAIMER for clients or potential clients of this office. The office is tucked behind a building down a steep tight hill. For those with neck and mobility issues, please come early so you can take your time to arrive. Caregivers please take your loved one to their first appointment. The drive down can be dangerous and even more dangerous if you walk it.
