I recently visited Brookhaven Family Dentistry as a new patient and had an excellent experience. The office staff was thorough in verifying my insurance coverage before recommending any treatments, which meant I knew exactly what my costs would be upfront—no surprises. The doctors/staff were both friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. I appreciated their transparent approach and professional care.
Staff were professional, pleasant and friendly. The appointment started punctually. The young lady cleaning my teeth did a great job with minimal discomfort. The dentist only came in for a quick examination but was pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.
Was referred by a friend and had an excellent stress free experience. Dr.Monell and his assistant Camille helped ease my anxiety, explained the suggested procedure and my options well and were able to give me the work I needed the same day of my first appointment. Will continue to recommend this office to my friends.
