Apart from my nose ring falling out after a day, the experience was amazing. Joy was such a “joy “ to work with and she was quick and very kind. I would like to suggest a small “HOW TO” to take home so people know what to do. I sneezed once and my nose ring fell out. I don’t know that could happen. lol
I decided to come back to edit the review I had previously left about 2 weeks ago. I had a misunderstanding with one of the piercers to led to a bad experience but I am happy to report that they have fixed this entire encounter! Not only was a manager there, Joy, super helpful and kind but the original piercer, Danni, also reached out! She took responsibility for the situation and was super kind and understanding about what happened. We cleared the entire thing up and I will be returning at a later date. I would definitely like to add on top of the fast reply and effort to make things right, they were both super friendly and clear throughout the experience. That alone... read full review
