My father had surgery in December and was having challenges during recovery, which were also creating challenges for my mom caring for him. We found Better Outcomes to help us. Now, after a second surgery, my father is recovering well and no longer in need of medical assistance. I am grateful for the responsiveness, flexibility, and guidance from Better Outcomes (specifically from Ada!) throughout the process. I have an appreciation now for how quickly health can change unexpectedly, both for the better and for the worse. I hope that there won't be a need to contact Better Outcomes again for a long time, but I'm so glad that we found them in case we do.
