This is the absolute worst company I have ever encountered. My brother has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and relies SOLEY on his medical supplies. It breaks my heart to see my family stressing at the pure negligence that this company provides. A single phone call takes about minimum an hour and a half to have someone pick up. Even when you get through to someone it seems like they just want to get you to hang up and leave them alone because nothing you ask for or ask will ever get done. I have worked with so many different hospital staff to try to switch companies but even they can’t get through with someone to make a switch. don't recommend them at all. They don't give you what you need. They take forever to answer the phone. When they do answer the phone or return your call they don't give you answers to your questions. Overall worst dme company ever. I would not recommend them to anyone at all.
