The staff is so kind, personal and professional! They greeted me with the warmest welcome & I instantly felt at ease. Justin was super attentive and informed. I will definitely be back! The office is so cute and clean. Definitely just found my new favorite aesthetics spot!
Had such a great experience at Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness. Jae was so friendly and amazing with coordinating everything from start to finish.
I did the red light bed, BioCharger, and had a quick consult with Justin about my lab work and vitamins, which was super helpful. Sophie was incredible and explained the radio frequency microneedling and PDGF for my face and neck so clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment.
Such a welcoming and professional experience overall even though it’s a flight away, I’ll definitely be back soon for my next microneedling treatment!
I had my first Botox appointment two weeks ago with Justin, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and didn’t try pushing or “upselling” me on any treatments or products he didn’t feel were necessary. Most importantly, the results are exactly what I was wanting. The office is also very warm, comfortable, welcoming, and above all—clean! 10/10 experience!
