Douglas and Lexie are both amazing at what they do. I was impressed with the salon and how accommodating they are to every client’s needs or desires whether it be regarding hair, color corrections, or your favorite refreshing beverage. It felt very warm and comfortable. Better yet I referred a friend that was offered a free consultation. Lexie devoted an hour of her time for free. Very impressive!

Hi! Today I walked in to balance salon and boutique to get my haircut and ended up getting it styled as well by Lexie B! First off I absolutely love my hair and how it turned out! Felt so pretty by the end of the appointment and it always feels good to feel confident in yourself so thank you Lexie for helping me achieve that today!! I went in for a haircut with Kenia. She took the time to understand what I wanted and was very receptive. She also styled my hair really well in the end. Very happy with the haircut.
