I am a deaf patient that speak in ASL that had been coming here for nearly 10 years. I transferred here in Jnaury 2016 while it was still AbsoluteCare when PrideMedical, which was my original medical provider, closed down, and since then they took extreme care in ensuring that I always have accessibility. Other medical centers usually don't provide interpreters at all or have interpreters connected only through video relay which is prone to technical issues. Not AbsoluteCare and now AvitaCare, they call for an in-person interpreter ahead of time each time they see that I have any upcoming appointment. I have had a lifelong fear of healthcare facilities but this place is truly different from the rest! The staff members are a genuine delight across the board. The reception and phlebotomy team members are kind, friendly and welcoming. My provider, Erin Everett, balances being relaxed with being highly informative, educational and non-judgmental. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially someone who is hesitant towards healthcare environments.

They are very professional. Doctor Kyle, is great! They did change my medicine on me but when I told them I wanted to go back to the original dosage there was no fight. My doctor simply agreed. Kyle also had a lot of resources available for me for the issues I am facing. I would recommend anyone that moves here and lives to go visit.
