Angela has brought yoga to our virtual workplace team and it's been awesome! She does a great job with modifications and adjustments for all skill levels. It's been a unique way to build engagement with the team, while promoting health and wellness in the office. Highly recommend!

Jesse is one of Angela’s yoga instructors and she is great! I have a left hip injury and Jesse has been wonderful adjusting poses and adapting stretches and movements to challenge me within my limitations. I would strongly recommend private one-on-one sessions if you have specific needs. Jesse is also fun and encouraging!

We had a private yoga session with Angela for a Bachelorette party! She was great at adjusting the difficulty to the level we needed. It was relaxing, fun, and MUCH needed! Such a wonderful time!
