I am currently doing my teacher training with Elizabeth at Atlanta Yoga and I am very pleased. I learn something new - sometimes multiple things - every class. Her approach to teaching Yoga and teaching potential new Yoga instructors how to teach Yoga is unique and precise. I would highly recommend her classes to any and all looking for a deeper practice. It doesn't seem to matter what location we are practicing in, she doesn't miss a beat.

The lovely thing about yoga studios is that they are each so unique, just like yoga students, I suppose. Every teacher has their own preference for how they lead, and every student has theirs. Bad news is that Atlanta Yoga is not the spot for me. Good news is that they've been around for a long time and have a loyal following, so they might be the spot for you. Pretty nice studio and the hanging yoga is awesome. Makes me feel like I've realigned my spine every time I get done.
