I reached out to "Plumbing For Less" when the pilot light went out on my water heater and wouldn't relight. Zakar (The Owner) reached back out to me around noon, after I'd reached out to his office earlier, at around 9 am inquiring about schedule availability. Zakar informed me that his schedule was already full for the today, but that he would try to fit me in between 5-7 pm.
