I call this company for fixing heater in my apartment. I am currently living in New York and have tenant in my Atlanta apartment. MR. Phil on a phone asked where I am from , I assume because of my heavy accent. I sad I am from USSR , and his reaction was very much like racist. Guess what ? he didn’t show up for appointment today and didn’t pick up the phone ( I have NY number) . This is disgusting behavior for I belive the manager of this company. He is the RACIST.
