I had maternity photos scheduled on a Sunday and wanted to get my hair and make up done. I scheduled the appointment online - it is confirmed at least twice - and then on Saturday at 11pm(!) I get a text saying that my appointment for the morning is canceled. I called and she just texted back that there was an emergency. I asked if she had any recommendations of where I could get hair and makeup done last minute on a Sunday and she never responded. Extremely unprofessional. Never booking with her again.
