His attention to detail and gentle manner makes you look forward to the practice. Over the years he has created a welcoming space. I highly recommend AYA for serious yoga practitioners.

I started at AYA with the beginner course, led by Tiffany, almost a year ago. I learned so much foundational work, as well as information about the history and philosophy of Ashtanga in that course. It took me a few months after I finished to work up the nerve to come to the Mysore classes (all unfounded anxieties). I have now been doing Mysore about 4 to 5 times a week for six months, and the progress has been remarkable. I have had an on and off yoga practice for years, but this practice has altered me both physically and mentally.
