I wanted to update my review as this has been several years since the last review. I have continuously been using Artistic and just wanted to drop a note at how great Jay has been in cleaning our pool and even coming out on last minute before I get together, I had with all this pollen in the air! They are simply the best and always accommodate and quick to respond. Thank you, Jay and Artistic!!!

Jay Turner is our maintenance tech. He has always been on time and calls to make sure the dogs are inside before he goes through our gate. Jay does an excellent job and helps us by educating us on how to maintain our new pool. I recommend Jay HIGHLY!!!

Artistic Pools built our pool a few years ago; recently our salt cell needed replacing. I spoke with William on the phone on a Friday, and by Tuesday, Keith and Andrew came out to replace it. Not only did they replace it, they took the time to go over the equipment with us, what to look out for in the future, but also educated us on the best way to maintain the equipment, look out for issues, and guided us on exactly what to do to prevent any possible issues in the future.
