My refrigerator quit working over the weekend and I found this company on google. Mr Oliver advised me what to do and told me he thought he knew what the problem was and a time frame to expect him.He called this morning and told me what time to expect him. He arrived on time, very pleasant and professional. I am very lucky to have found an excellent repair service and will call them again, if needed!!Service: Refrigerator repair

Willy was outstanding! Incredibly professional and reasonably priced. Came the next day to fix my washer. He's Ukrainian so he speaks with a fairly heavy dialect, but his English is very good. It is readily evident he's very smart and knowledgeable and while I was at home at the time, in the future I wouldn't hesitate for a second to leave him in my house alone. You can't ask for more from a contractor than to be fair and honest and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Willy!

Willy came out Sat and immediately diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. Said he would have to order the part (took $100 deposit) and said he'd be back Tues to put it on and finish up. Fast forward to Tues. I texted and asked about what time should I be expecting him (wanted a window of time so I could plan an unforeseen errands, etc). He then texted back "Having an emergency. Will contact later today.Sorry for appointment." That didn't sit well with me considering I checked my bank acct and noticed that my chk had already been cashed. Why couldn't he have proactively told me he needed to reschedule? How unprofessional. So now I'm at the mercy of this guy and...read full review
