Very dissapointed in the instructor.

She is an older woman with a chip on her shoulder.
She does not understand technology so she should not be teaching a virtual class.
My wifi dropped for 2minutes and she could not figure out how to let me back into the room on my cell phone, causing me to miss time in the class. I want to believe she just did not know how but she was very rude so not sure.
The classic mean ol lady/Karen.
She hyper focuses on one student and will pause class to go on tangents asking personal questions not in line with the course.

mr.mcdaonald was kind,very professional,and knowledgeable.the class was fun and I made some new connections with people from it....if I have to do it again I'm using A1 Everytime

Laurie Puckett was very patient and clear with directions, she gave great detailed instructions and encouraging words even when i kept messing up. Great experience, would recommend
