I am currently in a project at my home with 1st Choice Remodeling I must say this had been an absolute experience. I am extending my basement with drywall and building an additional bedroom and bath. I was worried about pricing due to the economy but I must say everything down to labor and materials 1st choice has made this process easy. I can’t wait to show the finishing product !!!
Earlier this year I had the chance to work with 1st Choice Custom Homes and Remodeling. I ask for a remodel to my bedroom and addition build to my master bathroom on to my home. The professionalism was absolutely amazing !! The time frame on completion was great !! When it came to the materials and designs I was offered mock designs to match and give me ideas on what would look nice based on lighting and structure. I was pleased with their work, efficient timing & professionalism.
Dell, Juan, and the whole team at 1sr choice are amazing. We have now had them do a major renovation for us, adding a family room and screened porch over a new garage, followed by smaller work on the basement. They do great work, they are very good to deal with, and they are trustworthy. We have already had them twice and will likely have them back sometime in the future.
