After getting great recommendations, we called you. We need 7 (seven) windows replaced. But, I can only assume you were too busy. You kept repeating that you can't come out "to do an estimate for "one" window." And then you hung up. I will redo all my research & hope that there is a company out there that will have time to replace my windows.
Window World of Athens is fantastic! We already knew that they stand behind their products because Stewart had totally helped us out when one of our windows began to fog some. (We changed out our old windows about 10 years ago) Recently the handle on our back door just wore our and stopped working. I called Athens Window World and Stewart arrived within 3 hours. He replaced the worn out part post haste and did not charge a dime for the parts or labor. The job was completed quickly with no questions asked. I cannot say enough good things about Athens Window world! Their products are high quality and priced fairly. If you want to replace your windows and/or doors I highly recommend Window World! I recently replaced my old aluminum "school bus" windows with new windows from Window World. The experience from start to finish was a breeze. The sales rep (super friendly and professional) came to my house to provide a free quote. One thing I will recommend - walk both in the inside and outside of the house. I am a first time window purchaser, but it will save you time and money if you think of both the view from the inside and the outside, especially if you are mixing and matching different window types. The windows arrived earlier than I expected, and install day was just that- one day. In a single day, the crew replaced all ten of my windows (many large ones). They were efficient, tidy, and professional. I love my new windows and the view they provide. They open and close so much easier than my old ones. I highly recommend Window World for their wonderful product and people!
