this plumbing team did a first class job on our basement waterproofing and drainage project. the work included new pipes, floor drains, and a full water management system, and everything was handled with care from start to finish. brent did excellent work in the basement, and maxwell stayed in touch after heavy rain to make sure the system, sump setup, and drainage lines were all working the way they should. they explained each step clearly, kept the area clean, and took care of every adjustment right away. i could not ask for a better experience with a plumber and waterproofing crew.

I had another great experience with a plumbing company. They removed and reinstalled the toilet, soaking tub, freestanding faucet, and vanity sinks during a bathroom flooring project, and everything was handled with real care. Devin did an excellent job, was very professional, and the price was fair. The quality of the plumbing work and the attention to detail were exactly what I hoped for. I have used them many times for plumbing repairs and new fixture installations, and they recently came back to install two new bathroom faucets. I highly recommend Tommy & Sons Plumbing for water heater repair. ryan came to my home, checked the unit, and clearly explained the plumbing issue and how he would fix it. During the work, he ran into a couple of common problems, including calcium buildup in the tank and an electrical issue caused by a power surge, but he handled it well and kept me updated through the whole process. In the end, we had a fully working water heater again without needing to replace the entire unit, which saved a lot of money. i never felt pressured about the repair cost or upsold on anything extra.
