From the start, the guest relations team & manager Mandy made sure my reservation was seamless. We had a gift card issue that was totally my fault but they still graciously did whatever it took to make it right. When I arrived, I was welcomed and made to instantly feel relaxed. During my service, Lara was amazing! Her technique was perfect. I am grateful for the entire experience at Rivet House Spa!
Very warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment. My masseuse Sierra was AMAZING! Even though it was slightly painful at times, it ended up making me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
This place is fantastic. I have had two massages at The Rivet House (one prenatal massage, and the other a regular 60min). Every time I leave feeling so much better. The massage therapists truly know what they are doing and target the exact areas that need work without even having to tell them. It’s so clean, and the robes and slides are a perfect touch to make you feel like luxury. Absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend this place to everybody.
