I recently scheduled a massage here, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! Kinsley at the front desk worked hard to accommodate my busy schedule. She was the first smiling face that greeted me upon arrival. Her knowledge in assisting me was only matched by my AH-MAZING therapist, Sybil. Sybil was masterful in technique and spent her valuable time getting to know my specific needs. I felt like a NEW person after our session. I.can.not.wait. for my next appointment in November!
I have had mammograms here for years and always been impressed. Now i will add medical massage to my list of reasons for returning!

I LOVE this gym. Clean and has all the equipment you need, never too crowded even at peak times. The group fitness classes are fun and challenging, great for all ages. The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable. They know everyone by name and take the time to offer modifications for your specific skill level even in large group classes. Kim and Diana are amazing. And the 24/7 access is great as well.
