No place compares to Shakti - it’s the only studio that has ever made me like yoga, and hot yoga no less! Every teacher is but they all are kind and supportive, and you get the feeling they really care about you and your practice. Special shoutout to Lucy (owner), Miles, Brittany, and Jillian, I love getting to be a “regular” in y’all’s classes.

Been going to this studio for a little under a year now. Every teacher is a wonderful person but my schedule has mainly allowed time for Miles' Thursday classes and Lucy's weekly Power Hour classes. I really respect the hell out of Lucy's practice and how mindful everyone is of the cultural origins of yoga. As a South Asian American, I have felt very uncomfortable in some studios and in my adulthood, I had given up on finding a mindful practice until Shakti. I appreciate this studio so much and everyone involved. There is so much community here. This is a safe space.

Saturday am Vinyasa with Lucy is the ultimate start to my weekend. I have been a devoted Shakti member for YEARS (I actually don't know how many exactly, probably 8?) and it has been the one grounding mental/emotional/physical anchor for me throughout many personal and professional challenges. I can't express how much I have gained from the Shakti classes, teachers, and community. YOU WILL LOVE IT. Period.
