Called about 10 mins out bc my battery died and explained but they have a 5 min grace period policy that seems to be a nonnegotiable regardless. Just a heads up if you think you might be late. ?

Gabriella is an absolute QUEEN! She was my go to girl when I attended UGA for Brazilian waxes. She is hilarious, super kind, extremely thorough, and very professional. I always looked forward to my waxes with Gabriella because I felt like I was visiting a friend. If I wasn’t moving away I would continue to see her. I can’t recommend her enough. The woman who attends the front desk is also amazing, and squeezed me in on multiple occasions when I was in a crunch. This is establishment really values customer service and are the best in the business.

I have been coming here for a couple years. I have tried almost every esthetician that comes to work here but I always come back to Gabriella. She has been here the longest and she is very sweet! She is great at what she does. They also have deals for college students on Tuesday & Wednesday! Would definitely recommend.
