they dont give u BS, straight to the point, kind. Theyre not overbearing, they allow you to explain ur symptoms. They dont tack on symptoms or ignore the ones you listed. Very calm respectful people. As for the ones complaining about wait times, stop feeling so entitled. Youre not the only sick person, they have low staff. I was self pay $225 got prescribed 6 day steroids and 20 tablets of antibiotics. Ive never had a bad experience here and I think the ones complaining are just entitled people that did not get their way. Im 24 now and i believe my first visit here was when I was in highschool. One of the best experiences i’ve had in an urgent care so far in Athens. They got me in almost 30 minutes before my scheduled time and both the MA’s and PA’s were very easy to talk to. They provide screens in the room that made understanding my diagnosis much easier. Overall, I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Athens area!

Easy to make an appointment online. Virtually little wait time. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and practitioner were attentive to my concerns. There should be more medical professionals like these young ladies. And they were working on a Sunday!
