Orozco’s heating and air are some true professionals. From the initial call to the office to the time that it took the tech to show up. This company represents the type of company that I would use it again. I’ve used them twice, once at my home and another time at a customers house. Both techs showed that they were extremely knowledgeable and they knew how to troubleshoot both problems in a matter of 15-20 mins. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I've used Orozco twice now - once several years ago helping a friend get a property ready for sale, and once this past month replacing a system in a rental property. The first instance was smooth and easy, but it was also a relatively easy situation, so that wasn't nearly as instructive as the experience I've just had with them.
My property manager (since replaced) was dragging her feet on the HVAC system, and the single company she'd contacted had claimed that they'd need to remove a bunch of drywall in two different upstairs closets that had literally just been repaired and painted as part of ongoing renovations.
