I took my older Honda push mower in for service… they did a GREAT job. I had some questions, they addressed them all with a smile. Took extra time with me and would not take a penny for it! Soooo, you definitely have a door to knock on for honest small engine repairs!!!

Absolutely the best people around to purchase a lawnmower from! The level of customer care at this business is astounding and you can really tell they are invested in making long term customers. My husband bought a lawnmower here and they’ve exceeded our expectations. They even surprised us with a gift in the mail afterwards. Such a sweet gesture from an awesome team!

I recently bought a zero turn mower from the Howard Brothers store on Commerce Road. Carson, our salesman, could not have been nicer and went out of his way to answer every single question we had about the mower. The mower is a beast and is exactly what I needed to maintain my property. Thanks!

They lack integrity and skill. Parts purchased were not assembled properly. More importantly, I got the run-around from the staff and manager on making it right. I simply do not trust Howard Brothers and will shop elsewhere next time.

Shout out to these guys for being so helpful! I needed a hard-to-find starter, and although they could order it and have it in a week+, I mentioned that I needed it sooner. They offered me the part number so I could continue looking for it elsewhere. 2 of their competitors would not give the #... Great customer service and I'll be back for anything they have in stock.

Sad sad customer service…. But paid alot for a repair and had to replace one of the same parts within 1.5 months of repair. Have heard that many others are disappointed as well. So , we have found another repair shop.
