I am enrolled in their real estate pre licensing course. Of some concern is their "Meet and Greet" was their opportunity to solicit new agents.When we went to our course I found that we are assigned to a home theater venue that does not allow us desk space so that we may open our books and take notes.My money is already spent so I guess there's nothing I can do from here

Not welcoming....Joey B Tucker from Coldwell Banker, was my agent for my house sale. He was really bad in house negotiations and very difficult to reach for any communications. He didn't show up even on closing day. So better try some skilled and responsible people.

I worked with Lynn Harder to purchase my first house. If that house was not already sold before I could ask for help selling it, I would have gone back to her to help me out. Now that I have gone through the process to find my second house, I realize just how great Lynn was. She was extremely attentive, responsive, patient, helpful, professional...she made the process for a first time home buyer so incredibly easy and set a standard in my mind for what I expect from future Realtors I work with.

Josh is great! We listed our previous home and it went under contract within 8 hours of hitting the market. Josh worked hard to ensure the house closed, and he even worked on a separate deal (our house was contingent on this house selling) to make sure it closed so that ours would! He helped us buy our current residence too. He’s very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He does what ever it takes to make sure the deal closes. One thing that sets him far apart from others is that he always answers the phone. If he is at a closing or with another client, he will send you a text message to let you know he will call back as soon as he can. He always calls back and follows up with his clients. He cares more about whether what you are buying fits your needs than he does making the sell. If you need an agent, don’t hesitate to call on Josh Burkhalter. He’s awesome!
