I worked with Lynn Harder to purchase my first house. If that house was not already sold before I could ask for help selling it, I would have gone back to her to help me out. Now that I have gone through the process to find my second house, I realize just how great Lynn was. She was extremely attentive, responsive, patient, helpful, professional...she made the process for a first time home buyer so incredibly easy and set a standard in my mind for what I expect from future Realtors I work with.

Josh is great! We listed our previous home and it went under contract within 8 hours of hitting the market. Josh worked hard to ensure the house closed, and he even worked on a separate deal (our house was contingent on this house selling) to make sure it closed so that ours would! He helped us buy our current residence too. He’s very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He does what ever it takes to make sure the deal closes. One thing that sets him far apart from others is that he always answers the phone.
