We chose Alicia as our selling agent based on her online reviews, and she did not disappoint!Her initial suggestion price-wise was great, and she revised it upward just prior to the listing going live, based on market conditions at the time. We received a full-price offer within the first week.She did a great job of keeping us informed and letting us know what we needed to do and when. It made the whole process a breeze.What I found in Alicia is an agent who knows the area, the market, and other local realtors - all really well. There's no doubt that those were all key (no pun intended) to us getting top dollar for our home.

We can’t say enough good things about Alicia. She is very professional, and makes sure her clients are well informed every step of the way. She listed our home on a Tuesday, received numerous offers, partly due to her professional photographer, and on the following Sunday we accepted an offer. Highly recommend her!

Alicia was referred to me by a realtor friend of mine in Southeast Ga. He said she would know the Athens area market better than he would. Wow!! What an understatement! Alicia is the best realtor I have ever worked with over the last 50 years. I would give way more than 5 stars if that were an option! She helped me find what I was looking for quickly and helped through he negotiations and closing activities. She knows the Northeast Ga. market at 100% +.
