Yoana was the best!! she helped me map my eyebrows and shaped them perfectly. this was my first time ever getting them waxed and she made the process so quick and easy, i will absolutely book with her again!
I came in looking for a brow gel, and Yoana so kindly explained the difference between all of Benefit brow gels and helped me pick out which was best for me. She ended up telling me about the services Ulta offers and I booked an appointment and 2 minutes later I was in the chair. Very clean, professional, and very happy with my product and the finished result from her service.
Ms.Santos was Super sweet to my daughter, she has anxiety and becomes overwhelmed but, wanted to be brave and came to Ulta with her mom and younger sister. Ms. Santos made her feel relaxed and comfortable during her brow wax. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.
