My daughter was north of Athens when her car decided to break down. It was Easter Sunday at 5pm. We live 3 hours away and do not know anything about the Athens area as far as repair shops etc. I started calling tow trucks closest to her location, one didn't answer, one said it would be 10 pm before someone could get there. Barrett's said be there in about 30 minutes. It actually took a little longer but it was a holiday weekend. The guy running the tow truck called me to get the location and so I would have his number. They were very nice when they arrived and they waited for my daughter's friend to pick her up. They delivered my car to a nearby dealership... read full review

The car dealership hooked this tow up for me. They arrived within an hour, backed their huge truck down my very narrow and crooked driveway, and loaded my car quickly. I rode to the dealership and the driver was pleasant.
